2. Do you offer guarantee for the pool float?
6 month guarantee for pool float , and we will resend pool float on your next order together for replacement if it is not artificial damage.
3. Can I brand our logo on the product?

4. How long should i wait for the items after payment?
Item in stock, products can be shipped out as soon as you pay.
5. Can you do FBA Service?
Of course, our factory have enough experience to do FBA Service, all these FBA service is free.
6. What payment term are supported?

How to order
1. Choose your favorite items/Pictures/Dimension
2. We will make the quotation based on the models and dimension, once all details confirmed, will send you Performa Invoice
3. You make payment for the deposit by Bank Transfer or Credit Card, and then send the Payment Slip for us to Prepare material
4. After received your deposit, we will release your order to our factory for production.
5. Once the goods finished, we will send you pictures for confirmation.
6. After you confirm the pictures, you make payment for the balance
7. Once received the full payment, we will arrange shipment with your forwarder.
We can also arrange shipment for you on request.

1. What about Delivery? Shipping methods: Ship by sea, by air, by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX),
and freight charge can be prepaid or collected.
2. How long is the delivery? By courier / by air: about 3~5 working days after goods on plane.
By sea: about 30-50 days depending on the destination port.
